Marketing Committee: The Marketing Committee helps keep parents "in the loop" when it comes to PTA-sponsored events, issues and programs. The Marketing Committee works to ensure that parents, teachers and other friends of Green have all the information they need to plan their household calendars, so that all PTA activities are well-understood and attended. The Marketing Committee handles such things as the PTA web site, monthly calendar, yearbook and school displays

Programs Committee: The Programs Committee organizes and runs all-school, all-family events like PTA's Spring Spectacular, Family Movie Night and "No TV Week."  The Program Committee also seeks out fun, challenging and enriching after-school programs and in-school assemblies that have the potential to engage all of our kids and broaden their horizons. In addition to all these fun programs, the Programs Committee also organizes and maintains our wonderful Gecko Gardens and plans grade-level-appropriate garden activities, working with teachers to incorporate the gardens into lesson plans, and giving all of our kids a chance to make things grow.

Membership Committee: The Membership Committee focuses on bringing parents, teachers and other "friends of Green" together for a common goal: supporting our kids through active PTA membership. In addition to promoting PTA membership year-round, the Membership Committee also runs our Hospitality events which say "thank you" to the many people making up our great Green community. These events include "Muffins for Moms," "Donuts for Dads," the "Welcome Coffee" on the first day of school, and Staff Appreciation Week at the end of the year.

Ways & Means Committee: The Ways & Means Committee runs the fundraising activities of PTA. The Ways & Means Committee looks for fun, creative ways to bring in the funds that allow PTA to provide enriching activities for all of our little Geckos. Ways & Means handles our Gecko Gear, Gecko Gala and Jog-A-Thon among the fundraisers we participate in.
